    Hotel was modern, we greatly enjoyed this place.

    Location: the hotel was near to most locations in Albania, and Albania. Also, we visited Cactus Petes Casino, located approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the property, was an unplanned pleasure. We had modern and tastefully decorated room with smoke detectors. Had coffee and tea making equipment, a fridge, and glassware at our disposal.

    I loved the spacious Beautiful King Room with City View with plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring. The views were fine. The staff provided really good service, showcasing genuine hospitality.

    Inconsistent room cleaning practices could use improvement!!! Bathroom fixtures need fixing as sliding doors and leaks were problematic !!! Temperature controls were unclear!!!

    Had a braw time! The staff were pure brilliant, always smiling and ready to help. The room had an electric kettle and soundproofing that made for a cracking night's sleep. Just wish the room temperature was a wee bit warmer. 10/10 would recommend!

    The room had an exceptionally comfortable bed. the room offered tea and coffee making equipment. There was a seating area and a writing table in the room. Roll in showers in the private bathroom was a plus. the location was great, close to everything you need. the view was BREATHTAKING.
